Because not every loan fits squarely "in the box" - we have an assortment of programs in different sizes to fit your needs. We have several Direct Lending Programs, and numerous Mortgage Banking alternatives. In all cases we either are the Lender, or directly work with our Lender.
We do not place loans through another broker to get to a Lender.
